More and more international companies have set gender diversity and inclusion as the core value and standards. Just overnight, Diversity & Inclusion initiative become a buzz word and this momentum has gradually become an upsurge around the world. China is also keeping up with the pace. On July 19, 2021, the Ministry of science and technology jointly issued a statement on advancing women in STEM.

These companies that actively promote gender diversity and inclusion also have excellent business performance. Although the pursuit of financial performance was not the initial motivation for these companies to commit to gender D&I, however, they often enjoy the economic return of applying gender D&I at workplace.

Diversity and Inclusion also enables many enterprises to obtain talents in the era of talent shortage; Improve the quality of decision-making; Better understand customers; Improve employee satisfaction; Build employer brand; Stimulate creativity, innovation and creativity, etc.
